Gracen Dorsch, LMHC, ATR-BC provides compassionate and individualized mental health care to adolescents and adults in Indiana. She works closely with clients to navigate daily stressors, behavioral modification strategies, and social skills, offering a supportive space to explore emotions, build coping skills, and foster personal growth. Through therapy and case management, she helps clients gain a deeper understanding of their experiences and take meaningful steps toward emotional well-being.
Gracen specializes in supporting individuals with anxiety, but is also skilled in supporting folks with ADHD, behavioral concerns and trauma histories. She understands the unique challenges these groups may face and strives to create an inclusive, affirming space where clients feel safe to be themselves. She is passionate about helping people who feel overwhelmed by experiences that continue to impact their daily lives.
Gracen takes a relational approach to the therapy experience, meaning she prioritizes the therapeutic relationship to foster emotional and behavioral growth in addition to meeting standardized treatment goals. Gracen accomplishes this by utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and mindfulness techniques, to promote healing and resilience. Additionally, as an art therapist, she integrates creative expression into treatment, allowing clients to process emotions in a nonverbal and deeply personal way.
